A paradigm that embraces the sacred dance of devotion between the divine feminine and the divine masculine, and draws on all of the tools of individual empowerment, yoga, spirituality, and somatic embodiment to nourish this dance as it endlessly recreates itself.
We call this paradigm Divine Union.
The bad news is that Divine Union is almost the exact opposite of the partnerships that many of us grew up witnessing - socially and economically conditioned institutions where power dynamics and the avoidance of emotional pain at all costs generally triumphed over love, care and respect.
These traditional partnerships have hugely contributed to the generational trauma and behavioural patterns that we see playing out at every level of modern culture - from the kindergarten playground to the world political stage.
It’s unspeakably difficult to forge your own devotional partnership that is based on love and dedication to consistently showing up, when so much of our role-modeling, past and present, is about leading from fear rather than from love.
We’re at the coal face
The good news is that Divine Union is not only what the world needs most, it is also what your soul is crying out for. And, it is the very same thing that your beloved partner is also seeking.
It’s no accident that stories of true love have been the most compelling stories, across all cultures, since the beginning of time. We all long for Divine Union, because it is the one true way to be in alignment with ourselves and with each other. It is, simply, the way of Love. And so, as more of us choose Divine Union, as we choose to turn away from “normal” and towards the whispered longings of our hearts - so we can all walk each other home.
And so, answering this call, my Beloved and I have co-created a six-month journey for a handful of couples, where we can explore the principles and practices, the challenges and the soul-deep satisfaction, of Divine Union. We begin in May 2026.

The Divine Union Journey
The Divine Union Journey is a six-month container that takes you on a journey from partnership, to conscious relating, to true Divine Union. Think of it as a Masters Degree in relating, which will equip you and your beloved to stand side-by-side as a loving team, as you navigate the ups, downs, challenges, triumphs, sweetness and depth of co-creating a life together.
- We’ll begin the journey in March 2026 with a one-day in-person workshop together in Auckland.
- For the next six months, you’ll receive fortnightly teachings and practices covering ‘chapters’ of juicy content including conscious communication, creating safety, boundaries, deals and dealbreakers, conflict resolution, working with trauma, attachment styles, delicious sexual partnerships, polarity, and a whole lot more.
- We’ll meet monthly for a live online Q&A, and for men’s and women’s - specific teachings and sharing.
- Each person will receive at least two individual 1:1 sessions during the course
- In September we’ll gather for a dreamy 4-day couples retreat in beautiful Taupō to put everything we’ve learned into practice.
The container for this course will be small and intimate, and spaces are strictly limited to 4-8 couples.
Total investment is NZD4,000 per couple, including everything except retreat food and accommodation.

About Us, and our Divine Union
Sarah is a practitioner and teacher of classical Tantra, a mama of two amazing humans, a yoga
facilitator and teacher trainer, and a somatic therapist.
Brendon is a registered social worker and mental health clinician with extensive experience in mental health, addictions, and palliative care. He is also a qualified yoga teacher who enjoys nature, travelling, and playing guitar.
Together we have leaned in, in deep devotion, to creating our Divine Union as the foundation of our family, home, community and lives together. The journey has been incredible - profound, ecstatic and transformative - and at times really, really difficult.
Despite each of us having don decades of spiritual and inner work, we both still brought attachment wounding, family-of-origin trauma, and reactive conflict patterns into our partnership.
So we too have been at the coal face, we’ve had to learn the hard way, and we know the trauma patterns from the inside out - hence the deep desire to coach and offer back what w have learned, and continue to learn, on this journey together.
We’re so super passionate about this work. We truly believe that long-term partnership is the most divine container of spiritual growth that exists (a sentiment that originated with classical Tantra,and has also been our lived experience). Each layer that we uncover reveals more depth, richness, insight, connection and joy than either of us had ever thought possible.
